Lavanya has a crush on Akash and probably Payal too. Its obvious that Akash and Payal are into each other though they aren't openly talking about it. Lavanya is trying to cope with the conflict in her own way. She doesn't know if the affection she has for Payal is romantic or its simply platonic.

Being adopted, Khushi is finding herself at a loss when she doesn't get the validation she always did since she was young. Payal has always over compensated for Khushi by doing everything she wanted instead of what Khushi did.
