A-K meet

Arnav calls K - says he wants to pick up where they left off --- "find her" 

He asks about her week and is pleased by the way she is able to articulate her excitement and the irony of the whole situation (ref discussion with Aman)

Arnav adds to it and says he has a similar experience. He is trying to look at the techncal details of the monuments he is studying, but is drawn to the stories behind it. In the older times, even architecture had an emotional value to it. Ever stone carefully carved, every gem gingerly placed.

K ends up connecting the dots to her own story and says that in the world today, emotions have lost their place. Even close relatives interact as if it's business 

Arnav reminds her that this conversation they are having is nothing of the sort, unless she is expecting something. As if in a reflex, she holds his hand and affirms that this is the first time this summer that she has had a conversation she has truly enjoyed 

He is cryptic as he remarks that everyone goes through a phase as they grow up when they make mistakes, take people for granted and generally fuck up a lot. Some evolve and they turn out to be fine people. Some don't, and that is their failure.

But one cannot stop this process. It has to happen. 

She smiles quietly and offers to buy him another cup of coffee the next week -- if he wants to---- still not free from the clasps of her insecurities 

With a peck on her cheek, he assures her that this is hardly their last meeting. He has "found" her
